Winfried studied clinical psychology and industrial organisation psychology, and followed a course at the Interuniversity Centre for Education and Development in Organizational Science and Change Management. He is co-author of ‘Medezeggenschap op Maat‘ (Tailor-made Codetermination) and the ‘Kunst van het betrekken: parels van participatie‘ (The Art of Involvement: Pearls of Participation).
