Expert help

Works councils often are in need of expert help, or ask for a second opinion, to back-up their advice. Especially if it involves major or complicated changes; changes that will be decisive for the future of the organisation or its employees.
The WissemaGroup helps works councils formulate advice in relation to such issues as reorganisations, outsourcing, mergers, and takeovers.
If time is of the essence, then action can be taken to formulate ‘advice within one week!’
